Tom Gualtieri-Reed, MBA, is a health care consultant with Spragens & Associates LLC and Consultant Lead for CAPC’s Payer Initiative. Mr. Gualtieri-Reed has over 25 years of health care experience in business operations, strategic development, and analytics. He works extensively with provider and payer organizations to support strategic and business planning, program development, and team function, with a specific interest in addressing the needs of the aging population and those with serious illness. Mr. Gualtieri-Reed earned his MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business and his BA in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.
