Rod Baird, MS

William “Rod” Baird, MS, has experience that includes 35+ years of LTC Physician and Provider management. He is currently President of GPM, the developer of gEHRiMed™, a Stage 2 ONC certified ambulatory EHR for LTPAC Physicians. Until 2014, he was the President of Extended Care Physicians, a NC/SC based LTC Physician group. Earlier in his career, he founded a Home Health Agency which evolved into a complete LTPAC service delivery network (homemakers through IRF and LTACH). Mr. Baird is an active member of AMDA Public Policy, and Quality Measures Committees, NASL HIT committee, and in the NCPDP LTPAC eRx Workgroup 14. He was selected as a 2012 CMS Innovation Center Advisor working on developing infrastructure for a LTC - PCMH model of care. He is national lecturer and published author for LTPAC Physician management issues.
