The State President Council Breakfast is an opportunity for state chapter presidents, executives and other state staff to network. During this meeting state leaders offer presentations on issues in their state and steps taken to resolve them. The session also reviews forthcoming House of Delegates resolutions, identifies business items to refer to the Sunday Board of Directors meeting; as well as any new business items for state chapters for the coming year.
